# Account setup

> Set up your Rheos account: sign up with Google or email, pick a plan, configure your profile and notifications, and prepare your workspace before posting.

A few minutes spent on setup means every post that follows is faster and more on-brand. Here's the order we recommend.

## Create your account

Sign up at [dashboard.rheos.app](https://dashboard.rheos.app) with Google or email + password. Verify your email so you can receive notifications about scheduled posts and connection issues.

## Choose your plan

Every new account starts on **Free** — no card needed. Upgrade any time from **Settings → Billing**.

Credits are spent on AI work: Quick generation = 5 credits, Pro generation = 10 credits, Website scrape = 20 credits.

  We removed the old Personal tier in April 2026. If you were on it, you've kept all your features — nothing to do.

## Profile and notifications

Open **Settings → General** to add your name and avatar. Then open **Settings → Notifications** to choose how Rheos notifies you about publishing failures, scheduled posts going out, and credit top-ups.

## Connect your socials

Open **Settings → Social Accounts** and link the accounts you want to publish to:

* Instagram (Business or Creator account)
* LinkedIn (personal profile and/or company page)
* Facebook Pages
* X (Twitter)
* Bluesky
* Mastodon
* Pinterest
* TikTok
* YouTube

You only need to connect platforms you actually post to. You can add more later.

<Tip>
  Tokens for some platforms expire every 60–90 days. Rheos refreshes them automatically when it can and shows a warning in **Settings → Social Accounts** if a manual reconnect is needed.

## Install the mobile app

There's a Rheos iOS app for capturing photos, drafting posts on the go, and getting push notifications. Search "Rheos" on the App Store to install it.

## Invite teammates (Team plan)

On the Team plan, head to **Settings → Team** to invite people by email and select a role (owner, admin or member). Each brand can have its own approval workflow if you want drafts reviewed before they're published.
