# Quickstart

> Go from sign-up to published post in about five minutes — create a brand, connect Instagram or LinkedIn, write a one-line prompt and publish from Rheos.

Rheos turns one prompt into an on-brand post you can publish to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Pinterest, TikTok or YouTube. This guide gets you from sign-up to your first published post.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign up">
    Head to [dashboard.rheos.app](https://dashboard.rheos.app) and create an account with Google or email. You'll start on the **Free plan** with 400 credits a month — enough to try every feature.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up your first brand">
    During onboarding you'll create a **Personal brand** (you, the human) or a **Business brand** (your company). Add a name, then point Rheos at either your website or a few example posts. Rheos scrapes that content to build your brand identity — the tone, themes, and audiences it will use for every future post.

    <Tip>
      The richer the input, the better the output. If you can, paste in 3–5 of your best recent posts.
    </Tip>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect a social account">
    Open **Settings → Social Accounts** and connect at least one platform. Instagram and LinkedIn are the most common starting points. You can also schedule posts before connecting and publish manually.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a post">
    Select **New post** in the sidebar. Pick a content type (text, image or carousel — video is coming soon) and type a one-line prompt — "5 myths about pension transfers", say. Rheos suggests a few post angles built from its **formula tree** (Intent → Hook → CTA). Pick one and the Unified Post Editor opens with a full draft.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Refine it">
    Highlight any line to leave a comment ("make this punchier", "shorten by half") — Rheos rewrites just that part. Swap the image in the embedded Image Studio. Tweak the formula chips at the top to change the angle without starting over.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish or schedule">
    Use the preview panel to check how the post looks on each platform. Then either select **Publish now** or drop it onto the calendar to schedule it.
  </Step>
</Steps>
