Compare plans
Platforms are not a paywall in Rheos — both plans publish to exactly the same networks. Which accounts you can connect is covered in Connect your accounts. Threads, TikTok and YouTube appear in the composer’s platform strip but cannot be connected yet; they are coming soon.
Usage limits
There is no credit balance in Rheos to buy or top up, and no meter in the app counting one down. What a plan carries instead are fair-use limits, and two of them you can actually run into. Publishing has a weekly ceiling — the Home page shows a small used-of-limit pill, and once you reach it scheduling and publishing are refused until the week rolls over. AI image generation draws on a monthly allowance — before you run a generation the image panel prices it in credits, on the Cost line and as a number on the generate button, but there is no balance shown to weigh it against; when the allowance can no longer cover it that button is replaced by a link to billing and nothing is generated. Nothing can be bought to lift either limit mid-month, so the only lever is the plan above. Writing and editing text with AI does not draw on the image allowance. If you think you are hitting a limit you should not be, email support@rheos.app.Your first 7 days are free
Starting on a paid plan opens a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected up front and nothing is charged for those seven days.1
Pick a plan
On rheos.app/pricing, pick Monthly or Annual, then select Get started.
2
Create your account and set up your brand
Sign up, then work through onboarding.
3
Add your card
Continue to Payment hands you to Stripe Checkout. A card is required to start the trial. £0 is taken today.
4
Billing starts on day 8
Your first payment is taken when the seven days are up, unless you cancel before then.
- One trial per account. If you have ever had a Rheos subscription, including one you cancelled, checkout charges you immediately instead of opening a trial.
- A claim link that gives you a free first month replaces the trial. The free month is the trial, so the two do not stack. A promo code typed into Stripe Checkout is a different thing and does not affect the trial either way — and when a claim link has already applied its discount, Checkout does not offer the promo-code field at all.
- Leave the card on file. If the card is removed mid-trial, the subscription cancels rather than retrying payment.
Annual billing
Annual is billed as ten months, so two months are free: £550 a year for Social Media Manager, £1,450 a year for Marketing Team. Pick Annual before you check out, or switch later. If you already pay monthly, Settings → Billing shows a Save ~17% with annual link under Active plan. Selecting it moves your existing subscription onto the annual price straight away, and Stripe prorates what you have already paid for. Before you subscribe
An account with no active subscription sits on Free: one business brand plus your personal profile. Free is not a plan you pick. It is where a new account starts before it subscribes, and where it returns if a subscription lapses. You cannot pick it from the billing page. What Settings → Billing shows
Active plan
Your plan name, subscription status, and the renewal or trial-end date, with Manage, Payment, Invoices and Cancel plan controls.
Recent payments
Your last three payments. All invoices opens the full history in Stripe.
Compare all plans
Both plans side by side with a Monthly / Annual toggle. Your current plan shows a Current plan pill; the other shows Upgrade.
Moving between plans
Moving down does work from that button. On Marketing Team, selecting Upgrade in the Social Media Manager column opens the Stripe billing portal rather than checkout, and the change goes through from there. The column you are not on is always labelled Upgrade, even when selecting it moves you down. Upgrade also works as expected for an account that has no subscription yet.Cancelling
Select Cancel plan under Active plan. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where you confirm. If your subscription is set to end at the end of the period you have paid for, Active plan shows aCancels line with that date. Once it ends, the account falls back to Free.
