Your dashboard

Home is where Rheos puts you when you sign in at dashboard.rheos.app. It’s called Home in the sidebar; the page itself is headed Content Plan. It answers two questions: what’s going out this week, and what’s still unfinished.

Content Plan

The box at the top is your week, one day at a time. Each day lists two kinds of row:

• Posts that have a day: the platform, the funnel stage (Top, Middle or Bottom), the title, and the status and time.
• Open slots from your posting plan: a day, a platform and a stage that still need a post. Rheos sets up the plan with you when you sign up, and you can change it on your brand’s Strategy tab.

Use the arrows at the top right to move week by week. Select the date that appears between them to jump back to this week. If the week holds more than fits, Show all opens the rest. An empty week says Nothing planned this week. and offers a Schedule a post → shortcut.

Fill an open slot

Every open slot has three ways in:

• Create post starts a post by talking it through. The slot already sets the day and, usually, the platform, so Rheos skips those questions.
• Write starts the same post but opens the editor, for when you’d rather write it yourself.
• + puts an idea or draft you already have into the slot, or adds a new idea there.

A post started from a slot is already planned for the slot’s day, so the editor offers Schedule for Sat 09:00 (the slot’s day and time) as a single tap. See your first post.

What counts towards the plan

A post covers a slot when it is dated in that week, has a funnel stage, and is on the platform the slot is for. That includes a scheduled post, so one you schedule from the calendar counts as well as one that came through a slot. If a week keeps showing slots you’ve effectively filled, turn on Flexible plan on your brand’s Strategy tab. With it on, every post on a platform in your plan counts towards its week, whatever its stage. It’s off by default. See your posting plan.

Schedule the whole week

Once planned posts are ready, a Schedule week button appears above the week, with a count. It schedules every planned post on its day, through your connected accounts. If a planned post is for a platform you haven’t connected yet, a bar asks you to connect it first.

Select a post

Select any post to preview it. Open takes you into the editor; a scheduled post can be pulled back with Cancel schedule.

Content Calendar

The calendar button at the top swaps the week for a full Content Calendar of everything scheduled, with a Drafts panel down the right-hand side.

• Drag a draft from the panel onto a day and Rheos asks you to confirm the date and time before scheduling it. The same dialog shows a Plan stage (Top, Middle or Bottom) and says whether the post fills a slot, is an extra, or won’t count towards the week. A post that fits is added to the plan for you.
• Drag a scheduled post to another week and Rheos tells you which slot that frees. Its toast offers Add an idea to put a new idea there.
• Select an empty day to start a new post already set to publish then.
• Select a post on the grid to preview it.

The same button switches back. The view is held in the page address, so a refresh keeps you where you were.

Quick idea

The lightbulb beside New post saves an idea in one line: type it and press Enter. It lands with your ideas below, and you can put it into a slot when you know where it goes.

Your weekly post counter

On Free, a small counter appears next to New post once you’ve published or scheduled most of your 3 weekly posts. It is amber when you’re close and red when you reach the limit, and it resets at the start of each week. If you do hit it, publishing and scheduling are blocked until the week rolls over or you move up a plan.

Ideas and drafts

Underneath the plan is everything that isn’t scheduled: ideas, drafts you haven’t finished, posts that have already gone out, and anything that failed. Newest first, grouped by day.

• All, Ideas and Drafts at the top filter the list, each with a count.
• The two small icons at the top right switch between a list and a grid of cards. The chevron next to them expands the list beyond the first few rows.
• Select a row to preview the post. The … menu on each row offers Preview, Open editor, Select and, for ideas, drafts and failed posts, Delete post.
• To clear out several at once, select them: select the icon on the left of a row, or use Select in the row menu. A bar shows how many are selected, with Clear and Delete. Deleting asks you to confirm, and can’t be undone.

Move posts in and out of the plan

When an idea or draft fits an open slot this week, its row offers Add to plan with the slot’s day. You can also drag an idea or draft up onto an open slot. To take a planned post out of the week, drag it down onto the list. Rheos shows Drop here to take it out of the plan. If the post was scheduled, its schedule is cancelled first, so it won’t go out.
